Dustin Nemati brings a unique legal background to Owenby Law, P.A., where
he plays a valuable role in helping clients navigate legal matters involving
divorce and family law, bankruptcy, estate planning, and probate. Florida-raised,
Dustin earned his BA in Political Science from the University of Florida
and his law degree from Florida Coastal School of Law.
Before joining the Owenby Law, P.A. legal team, Dustin served as an Assistant
State Attorney with the State Attorney’s Office for the Fourth Judicial
Circuit in Jacksonville, FL. During his time as a prosecutor, he handled
thousands of hearings and gained invaluable trial experience. He then
went on to become an Associate Attorney at a Florida law firm, where he
primarily handled cases involving family law, probate, criminal defense,
and gun trust law. He is licensed to practice in all Florida State Courts.
Having been raised in Orange Park, Dustin is committed to securing positive
results for local residents in need of proven legal representation. He
has also dedicated his time to the community and to various volunteer
efforts, including serving as a guest lecturer and an assistant mock trial
coach at the Florida Coastal School of law, participating in the American
Cancer Society Relay for Life, and acting as an American Cancer Society
Road to Recovery Driver.
