Nancy M. Sutton, Esq. brings decades of legal and professional experience,
including legal-related teaching and supervisory experience, to our team
at Owenby Law, P.A. in Jacksonville. She has emphasized her legal practice
towards family law issues and divorce cases. She is known by her colleagues
as having an admirable work ethic, detail-oriented research skills, and

Attorney Sutton’s experience before joining Owenby Law, P.A. includes
maintaining her own small private practice – The Law Office of Nancy
M. Sutton – to prepare herself for both her higher education and
transition into a larger law firm. She has also been an Assistant Professor
of Paralegal Studies, who was tasked with overseeing and coordinating
two separate programs. For years, she was also a Directing Attorney at
the Legal Services of the Florida Keys, where she offered advocacy services
to elders and low-income households dealing with family law, civil disputes,
and other legal concerns.
With her experience as an instructor and leader, Attorney Sutton supports
