Neonila Kossak

Neonila Kossak is a skilled and compassionate family law attorney dedicated to guiding clients through life’s most challenging transitions with clarity, strength, and respect. As an Associate Attorney at Owenby Law, she handles matters including but not limited to divorce, child custody, timesharing, child support, paternity, and domestic violence, tailoring her approach to each client’s unique circumstances. Her goal in every case is simple: protect her clients’ rights while guiding them toward solutions that bring stability and peace of mind.

Known for her approachable style and strong courtroom presence, Neonila blends empathy with results-driven advocacy. She takes the time to understand each client’s unique story, then crafts a legal strategy that addresses both their immediate needs and long-term well-being.

Before joining Owenby Law, Neonila earned her Juris Doctor from Michigan State University College of Law, where she served as Graduating Class President and held multiple leadership roles. Her experience includes representing clients in contested family law cases, drafting and arguing motions, preparing complex trial exhibits, and appearing in court on their behalf. She is a member of the Florida Bar and remains committed to staying informed on legislative developments and emerging trends in family law.

Fluent in Ukrainian and deeply committed to client connection, Neonila ensures that everyone she works with feels heard and supported throughout the legal process. Outside of work, she finds inspiration in traveling, exploring Florida’s coastal towns, practicing yoga, and spending time with family and friends.
