SENIOR ATTORNEY / ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY -FULL-TIME

Well established, Florida law firm is seeking an Associate Attorney with at least 2 – 4 years of experience or a Senior Attorney with at least 6 – 10 years of experience. Family Law and Trial experience a plus. Ideal candidate will be a compassionate, driven, self-starter capable of multi-tasking and handling a large caseload with a working knowledge of Family Law, Estate Planning, and Probate. Member in good standing with The Florida Bar. Salary commensurate with experience. Health/Dental/Vision Insurance, 401(k), Life Insurance, Vacation and Holiday Leave. This individual must pass a background check.

Required experience:

  • Senior Attorney: 6 – 10 years
  • Associate Attorney: 2 – 4 years

PARALEGAL - FULL-TIME

Looking for a bright, dependable and efficient individual to fill the role of a Paralegal/Legal Secretary. This is a full-time position with benefits and requires a minimum of 1 year of experience working as a Paralegal, Legal Assistant or Secretary. This position requires proficient typing skills along with intermediate computer skills with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

This individual must have stellar communication skills (verbal, oral, written), a positive attitude, a polished and professional demeanor, be highly organized and can multi-task, and have the ability to handle a multi-line phone system along with other administrative/clerical duties as assigned. This individual must pass a background check.

RECEPTIONIST/ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT - FULL-TIME
