About

Briana was born and raised in the suburbs of Detroit, Michigan where she attended the University of Michigan for her bachelor’s degree and Western Michigan Cooley Law School for her Juris Doctor. Briana relocated to Florida with her husband and two children in 2020.

When she was in her second year of law school, her parents divorced after 26 years of marriage. The turn of events that followed allowed her to firsthand experience how divorce will change a family dynamic and emotionally affect everyone in the family, which she uses to her clients’ benefit today.

At Owenby Law, P.A., Attorney Briana Leshinsky has become well-known for her communication skills, both with clients and colleagues. Her talent for critical analysis has also proven incredibly useful when working on intricate or detail-heavy cases.

When Briana is not at work, she enjoys spending time with her family, reading, or traveling.
