Katherine McLaurin
About
Katie has a passion for justice and will fiercely advocate on behalf of her clients. Katie comes to our office as an experienced trial attorney. Prior to joining our team, she was an Assistant State Attorney in the 14th Judicial Circuit.
Katie obtained her undergraduate degree from the University of West Florida in Pensacola, Florida. There, she majored in Political Science with a minor in Pre-Law. She was very involved with several organizations on campus, and after graduating, she moved to New York City.
After returning to Florida, Katie worked as a legal assistant for the State Attorney’s Office and as a law clerk at a local firm in Jacksonville, Florida. Katie earned her Juris Doctorate from Florida Coastal School of Law, where she was President of the Women’s Law Student Association, and active with the Student Bar Association.
In her spare time, Katie enjoys spending time with her family, photography, and paddleboarding.
