her education, began her legal career, and started her family. In 2006, she was thankful to return to her home state of Florida, where she has continued to dedicate her career to helping families navigate life’s most challenging moments.
Tawny has been a licensed attorney for more than 33 years and she has practiced marital and family law exclusively for almost 25 years. Her experience spans both private practice and public service, including her work as a contract attorney for the State of Georgia, Department of Revenue, handling child support enforcement cases. For the past decade, she has been a valued member of Owenby Law, where she focuses her practice on all aspects of marital and family law, including cases for dissolution of marriage, child custody, child support, parenting plans, paternity, pre- and post-nuptial agreements, modifications, contempt &enforcement, domestic violence injunctions.
