
Whitney R. Lonker

About
Whitney is an experienced attorney who has been litigating cases in the State of Florida for over 22 years, practicing in the areas of family law, criminal defense, and estate planning. She has represented high-conflict family cases throughout the State of Florida with creative and positive results for clients and has successfully represented criminal clients charged with offenses from DUI to Murder.
Whitney hails from Roanoke, VA, and attended West Virginia University, where she studied Theatre and received a BFA and an MFA in Acting. After her time in Morgantown, WV, Whitney went on to attend the Florida Coastal School of Law, where she received her Doctorate in Jurisprudence. Whitney has a keen eye in the courtroom and is able to bring the skills she acquired in her education to creatively invent workable solutions for her clients, oftentimes when there seems to be no solution in sight. Many of her creative case outcomes have been featured in the Florida Times-Union and on our local news. She has also been the Chair of the Florida Bar Ethics Committee, wherein she investigated and ruled on any alleged misconduct of attorneys in North Florida. As such, she is well-versed in the rules of ethics and brings an ethical approach to each and every case.
In her spare time, Whitney is a die-hard WVU football fan and enjoys hiking, climbing the two highest mountains in the lower 48 states at 14,500’ and 14,440’ respectively. Whitney brings this kind of passionate determination to each case and for each client.
